CTO's Gold Coast Training Centre room hire details are as follows:

Computer Room Hire

Maximum of 13 Trainees

Inclusions:

  • 13 trainee computers + facilitator’s computer.
  • Data projector.
  • White board & markers.
  • Flip chart.
  • All day tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cost: Full day hire - $880 incl GST
Cost: Half day hire (4 hours) - $660 incl GST

Maximum of 8 Trainees

Inclusions:

  • 8 trainee computers + facilitator’s computer.
  • Data projector.
  • White board & markers.
  • Flip chart.
  • All day tea, coffee and biscuits.

Cost: Full day hire - $770 incl GST
Cost: Half day hire (4 hours) - $550 incl GST

Seminar Room Hire

Maximum of 16 Trainees

Inclusions:

  • 16 trainee workstations + facilitator’s computer workstation.
  • White board & markers.
  • Flip chart .
  • Data projector (if required).
  • All day tea, coffee and biscuits.
  • Various room configurations available.

Cost: Full day hire - $770 incl GST
Cost: Half day hire (4 hours) - $550 incl GST

  • Data projector (if required).

  • Room Holding or Set Up day.
  • Equipment delivery, set up and pack up of equipment.

Out of hours room access

Before 8.30am and/or after 5pm

Cost: 20% loading on top of room hire

  • Internet Connection Per room - $88 per day
  • Software Loading - $150 per hour
  • Photocopying &/or Faxing - .55c per page

Catering

  • Morning Tea - $5 per person
  • Afternoon Tea - $5 per person
  • Lunch - $15 per person
  • All Day Catering - $25 per person

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:

Computer Training Options will issue an invoice at the time of booking.
Any additional equipment, upgrade bookings, services or resources will be invoiced at standard rates when the services are requested.
A Deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to your booking date to confirm your booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling within fourteen days of the scheduled date will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within seven days of the scheduled date will incur 100% of the fee.

CTO reserves the right to cancel any class or change the location of any class for any reason prior to commencement of the class. Should CTO cancel a class, training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training event. CTO will not be liable for any resulting costs incurred, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans. Not withstanding the above conditions, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
