MYOB allows you to set them up as recurring transactions, saving you time in entering the data each time it needs to be recorded. Here’s how: Step 1: In the Banking command centre, select Spend Money Step 2: Enter the date, the cheque number and the amount of the transaction Step 3: Choose the Card File field, and enter the name of your supplier Step 4: In the Memo field record details of the payment - eg: Rent payment Step 5: Add the account number, and tab across to fill in all other columnsStep 6: Before you record your transaction, click on the Save as Recurring button in the lower left hand corner of your screenStep 7: Give your recurring transaction a name, enter the frequency, and the date of the next transactionStep 8: Save the recurring transaction, then click on Record in the Spend Money window to save your original payment Step 9: The next time you need to record the transaction, select the Spend Money window, then click on the Use Recurring button at the bottom of your window.Step 10: Simply change the date, then record the transaction, and you are done.
